10 oz (275 g) Diced tender fish,
2 tbsp (30 ml) Patak′s Vindaloo Paste,
1 tbsp (15 ml) Oil,
2 tsp (10 ml) Tomato paste,
10 fl oz (300 ml) Water,
Salt to taste

Bereidingswijze: Method
Marinate the fish in the Patak′s Vindaloo Paste for at least half an hour. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the marinated mixture until it is sealed. Stir in the tomato paste, water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until the meat is tender.
